DELIVERY

From the time we receive your order, we aim to have it processed and despatched within 1-2 working days. For all personalised items such as Baby Blankets and greeting cards please allow 5-7 days for despatch. For craft supply orders only, received before 12pm midday on Monday - Friday, we will do our best to send them the same day, although we cannot guarantee this.

We do not operate a minimum order policy, all orders regardless of value are accepted.
We accept orders from anywhere in the World and ship to ANY Worldwide destination.

An estimated delivery schedule from the time of despatch is;
1 - 3 Days UK
4 - 10 Days Europe
7 - 14 Days USA & Canada
10 - 28 Days Rest of the World

Please remember that these delivery times are only an approximation and are totally dependent on the carrier service involved with delivering your order. We have NO control over delivery times once your order has been despatched. National holiday periods can create delays in orders reaching customers, so please allow an extra 4-5 days when ordering at those times.

UK ORDERS are sent by First Class Royal Mail.
Heavy orders over 1kg are sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Our Simple Low Cost UK Delivery Charges are as follows;

NON UK ORDERS are sent by Air Mail.
These shipping costs are weight based and are automatically calculated and updated everytime an item is added to your shopping basket.
