DELIVERY

From the time we receive your order, we aim to have it processed and despatched within 24hrs (Monday - Friday only). For craft supply orders only, that are received before 12pm midday (Monday - Friday), we will do our best to send them the same day, although we cannot guarantee this. Any craft orders received after 12pm on Friday to 12am Sunday, these will be sent on Monday. For all personalised items such as Greeting Cards, please allow 5 working days (Monday- Friday) for despatch.

We do not operate a minimum order policy, so this means all orders regardless of value are accepted.

We are happy to accept orders from anywhere in the World and will ship to ANY Worldwide location.

An estimated delivery schedule from the time of despatch is;
1 - 5 Days UK
4 - 10 Days Europe
10 - 18 Days USA & Canada
10 - 28 Days Rest of the World

Please remember all these delivery times are only an approximation and they are totally dependent on the carrier service involved with delivering your order.
We have NO control over delivery times once your order has been despatched. National holiday periods will create delays in orders reaching customers, so please allow an extra 5-7 days when ordering at those times, especially at Christmas.

UK ORDERS. Are usually sent within 24 hours (weekdays) by either Royal Mail First Class/Second Class Large Letter or Small Parcels. The type of service used is dependant on the weight and dimensions of the order.
Our Simple Low Cost UK Delivery charges are as follows;

NON UK ORDERS. All worldwide orders are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.
These shipping costs are weight based and are automatically calculated and updated everytime an item is added to your shopping basket.
We are happy to send orders to ANY worldwide location, however, please remember we will only accept payment for ALL NON UK orders via our website, where payment can be made by Credit Card, Paypal or Google Checkout/Wallet. Mail, Fax or telephone orders are not accepted outside of the United Kingdom.
