• Do you have a mail order catalogue?

| As we are an internet only site and are constantly adding new products, we feel a printed catalogue would quickly become out of date. So for this reason we do not offer a catalogue. You can always see our full range of products on this website. |

No, we are an Internet based company only and supply all our goods online via our website or by mail order.

• Do you accept small orders of any value?

| Yes we do, there is no minimum order requirement when you order from us. |
| • How long will my order take? |
We aim to despatch all stock items within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed from midday Friday to Sunday, as these orders will be sent on Monday. Please allow 5 working days for all personalised cards to be sent. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and non UK orders by airmail.

• Do you deliver orders to the USA or any other destination?

Yes we do. We accept and deliver orders to anywhere in the world. However please remember we will only accept payment for ALL these NON UK orders via our website, with payment being made by Credit Card, Paypal or Google Checkout/Wallet. Mail Orders and Telephone Orders are NOT accepted!

| • How much will it cost me to have my order sent to a non UK destination? |
The non UK shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and is automatically calculated each time you add an item to your basket. Just make sure you select your correct shipping destination when you place the first item into your shopping basket.

In the UK we do accept mail orders with payments by cheque or postal order made payable to 'Mr D Kinsman'. You can either send us your order on a piece of paper or use one of our mail order forms accompanied with your payment, or you can email to us your order and then post your cheque payment.
We will NOT accept mail orders from anywhere outside of the UK.

• How will I know the progress of my order?

No, we are retail sales only.

• Can I return an item I ordered by mistake?

| Yes you can, as long as you first inform us by email that you wish to do so and the item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase, un-opened and in its original packaging and condition. Once we receive it we will issue you with a refund for the returned item, but not for any postage costs. Please note that NO CD ROM software can be returned to us for a refund once it has been opened. |
