Beautiful Paua Shell jewellery all handmade in New Zealand and imported by us. Because the colours and patterns of every Paua shell are different, each piece of Paua jewellery is truly unique, no two pieces will ever be alike.
All our Paua jewellery uses genuine pieces of natural Paua Abalone shell, creating a stunning blend of colourful reflections. It is not resin coated or artificially treated with dye during production to enhance the colouring, as can be found in jewellery from many other places.

Paua Shell - This is the shell of the Paua shellfish which is a species of Abalone and can be found only in the coastal waters of New Zealand. The Paua shell is the most colourful of all Abalone shells and has an amazing iridescence which makes the colours change when viewed from different angles.
