Wilton Windmill photograph

Wilton windmill is the only working windmill in Wessex and was originally built in 1821. It operated for 100 years, but was then abandoned and fell into disrepair due to the introduction of new steam roller mills and the fast production of cheap bread. However in 1976, the mill was finally restored to its former glory.
