TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Moonstone Treasures operate a returns policy in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations. We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, if you are not, please return your order to us within 7 days following the day of receipt, to the address on the invoice for a full refund, less return postage costs. Notification of ALL returns must be made in writing or by e-mail to Moonstone Treasures within the 7 day period and before you return it.

Damaged items, discrepancies and shortages need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order, again in writing or by email.

If you are returning your order you must return it in its original condition, NEW and UNUSED and with all it's original packaging to qualify for a complete refund. Proof of posting MUST be obtained and is a free service from the Post Office. The cost of postage and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of you the customer. Moonstone Treasures cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned items during transit. In this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method to ensure a signed receipt. Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of cancellation. A refund will not be given if the above rules are not followed. Although not compulsory, we would be grateful if you could explain why you are not satisfied so that we may improve our products and service for the future.

IMPORTANT - We cannot accept returns or give refunds for Embroidered Greeting Cards, Baby Blankets and Clocks that have been personalised, specially prepared, or specially ordered to your requirements.The only exception to this is if they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault or do not conform to the instructions and criteria that you gave in your order.
